1. Scope

These terms govern use of AI Dev Hub website tools, APIs, and agent runtime endpoints. If you use our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Free Service / No Contractual SLA

AI Dev Hub is offered on a free, best-effort basis. We do not provide a contractual service-level agreement (SLA), uptime guarantee, or response-time guarantee for free usage. Features, limits, and availability may change.

3. Allowed Use

You may use AI Dev Hub for lawful development, research, and automation workflows. You are responsible for input data, downstream usage, and legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass security controls, run autonomous bulk crawling through our runtime, probe private/internal networks, or use AI Dev Hub to violate third-party rights or terms.

5. Availability and Changes

We may suspend, limit, or remove endpoints/tools at any time for safety, abuse prevention, cost control, maintenance, or legal reasons.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted availability. You should validate outputs before production or safety-critical use.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dev Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use, unavailability, or output errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

8. Model Catalog Data

The model catalog published at /llm-pricing-api/ (/api/models.json and /api/models.csv) is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). That licence covers the dataset only; the site's other text, design and code are not licensed. The figures are vendor list prices and limits as published on the date each row states. They are not an offer, a quote or advice, and sections 6 and 7 apply to them. Model and company names are trademarks of their owners; AI Dev Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
